Responsibilities

• Support and assist Key Account Manager / Executive.
• Review incoming enquiries.
• Source items from overseas & local vendors.
• Follow up quotations with customers.
• Process customer orders.
• Create/issue Purchase Requisitions & Orders.
• Coordinate documentation for shipment.
• Assist Accounts Department with payments.
• Assist colleagues during their absence.
• Handle any other ad hoc assignments.
