Our client is a leading integrated provider of quality rigging and mooring equipment and services primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Job Details

• Salary range: $2500 - $3000 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday ((8.30am-5.30pm)

• Working Location: Clementi (Pandan Road); Transport provided from Clementi MRT

Job Description

• Support and assist of Key Account Manager / Executive

• Review incoming enquiries

• Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers

• Follow up quotation with customer

• Processes customer orders

• Create/issue PR& PO to vendors and manufacturers

• Coordinate documentation for shipment

• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment

• Assist colleagues during their absence

• Any other ad hoc assignments
