Responsibilities

• Support and assist Key Account Manager / Executive.
• Review incoming enquiries.
• Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers.
• Follow up quotation with customer.
• Process customer orders.
• Create/issue PR & PO to vendors and manufacturers.
• Coordinate documentation for shipment.
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment.
• Assist colleagues during their absence.
• Any other ad hoc assignments.

Job description

Our client is a leading integrated provider of quality rigging and mooring equipment and services primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Salary range: $2500 - $3000 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Working Location: Clementi (Pandan Road); Transport provided from Clementi MRT
