Job summary

A leading employment consultancy is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business or related fields and experience in the construction industry. Position: Sales Coordinator

Company: Wholesale Supplier of Structural Materials
Location: Bukit Batok Crescent
Position Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations and project-related activities
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and project timelines
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, confirmations, and payment matters
  • Conduct site visits for sales support, coordination, and customer requirements
  • Assist sales team with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update reports for management
  • Handle ad-hoc sales and coordination duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • Experience in materials, construction, or building-related industry preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with site visits and interacting with clients on-site
  • Must possess own vehicle (motorcycle or car) for site visits
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Responsible, proactive, and well‑organised
