Location: Raffles Place
Industry: Semiconductor / Electronic Components
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month + $100 monthly allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues
• Track order status and ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Maintain records and documentation using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Support internal teams with sales-related administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage quotations, invoicing, and delivery coordination
• Familiarity with semiconductor/electronic parts and basic supply chain logistics
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP system experience
• Comfortable handling multiple cases and adapting to sudden changes
