A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to coordinate sales matters, prepare invoices, and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work effectively with a multinational team.
Coordinate & processing of related sales matters; preparing DO, sales invoices.
Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic parts industry
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.
Diploma holder with 3 years of Sales Admin and coordination work experience in Semicon/Electronics Industry
Able to communicate with internal and external (with local staff, customers, suppliers).
Experience in using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Able to work with a multinational team.
Build trust with customers.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and work independently
Multitasking and flexibility Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to respond to sudden changes and problems.
