Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell security training courses
  • Assist trainees with course registration and enrolment
  • Respond to trainee enquiries on training courses and general security industry matters
  • Handle sales enquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Develop, maintain, and update client and trainee databases
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in selling training courses or related services
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
