Job summary
A leading automation firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage customer enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent qualification, strong computer and communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or administrative roles. Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team and attend customer enquiries.
- Determine component costing and generate quotations.
- Process customers' orders and handle file management.
- Work closely with the operations team for delivery.

Education
Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- Support Sales Team
- Attend to enquiries from customers.
- Able to work independently to determine component costing, lead RFQ processes and generate quotations timely.
- Process customers’ orders such as price quotation, checking of stock, purchasing of materials.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Filing and sales administrative tasks.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
