Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist in sales and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong people skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This position involves maintaining inventory records, supporting daily operations, and achieving set KPIs for the department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales and purchase order activities.
  • Support the smooth running of daily operations.

  • Achieve and improve department KPIs.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Brief Summary
  • 5 Days: Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Location: Macpherson
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in sales and purchase order activities
  • Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
  • Assist logistics operations and outbound shipment planning
  • Assist sales and engineering team in enquiry
  • To maintain and update inventory records
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Assist in RMA and loan activities
  • Assist in warehousing activities
  • To achieve and improve KPI’s set for the department.
  • Assist in Operation reports/ data analysis
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in English
  • High level of integrity and meticulousness
  • Strong people skills with pleasant personality
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Experience in Business Central 365 will be advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player.
