Job summary

A local company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate installation schedules. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have basic computer literacy. Immediate availability is preferred. This role offers a 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • Able to perform and eager to learn.
  • Immediate availability/within short notice.
  • Working hours: 5 days work week 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Generate purchase and delivery orders and invoices.
  • Check all payment invoices for accuracy and prepare payments to suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to place order.
  • Liaise with customers and manage installation schedule.

  • Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
