We are representing our client—a well-established and reputable solutions provider with a strong presence in the marine, offshore, subsea, and industrial sectors—in the search for a suitable candidate for the Sales Coordinator role.

Work Location: Tuas (3 to 4 mins walk from Tuas Crescent MRT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating sales orders through our ERP system. This role is ideal for someone with a diploma or equivalent qualification who is proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and update sales transactions, quotations, and purchase requests in the ERP system.
  • Liaise with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and related documentation.
  • Track and monitor project or order progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with an ERP system (for quotations, orders, or inventory management).
  • Some experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.

Interest in the marine, offshore, or technical industries.

Willingness to learn product knowledge and support sales growth initiatives.

Salary up to SGD$3.5K per month.
