Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in administrative duties.
- Provide clerical support in preparation of letters, correspondences, and proposals.
- Disseminate events-related information to other departments.
- Generate sales reports for management reporting.
- Assist with in-house sales activities and site inspections.
- Monitor and maintain materials for usage.
- Process room and group reservations in hotel PMS.

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in the administrative duties.
- Provide clerical support in matters relating to the preparation of letters, correspondences, quotations, proposals and minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Disseminate events related information to other departments.
- Generate sales reports for management reporting.
- Assist with all in-house sales related activities, sales calls, site inspections.
- Monitor and maintain materials of usage.
- All other related matters as and when required by the Manager.
- To process room and group reservations in hotel PMS as assigned.
