Job Responsibilities
- Generate and manage quotations, delivery orders (DOs), and invoices.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling suitable products when needed.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams on order fulfillment and payments.
- Support Sales team any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- Assist Sales team on additional & changes of order for confirmation or after confirmation.
- Assist Sales team on Liaising with Clients for commissioning, delivery changes or good changes.
- Assist on collection of payment.
- Assist Sales team to send supporting document like catalogue, pricelist, installation guides & others.
- Booking of Delivery Dates with Customer.
- Booking of Commissioning (smart home) dates with Customer.
- Assist Sales team's Customer exchanges or dispute.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Report issues or challenges to your supervisor promptly.
Education
- At least an ‘O’ Level or N-Level certificate.
- Diploma from a Polytechnic or ITE is a plus.
Experience
- Experience in Admin/Sales support role.
Language
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse customer base.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence in sales-related activities like upselling and cross-selling.
