  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating client meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of sales quotation and other sales-related materials
  • Coordinate the order fulfilment process including issuing sales orders, purchase orders to other trade-related documents. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures

Support the sales team in achieving their targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
