About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our regional logistics operations based in Singapore. This role focuses on shipment coordination, logistics documentation, and order processing across multiple overseas markets.

The position is suitable for candidates who are detail‑oriented, systematic, and willing to work within established procedures, and who are interested in developing their skills in a structured logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and verify logistics documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents before submission
  • Coordinate shipments with appointed freight forwarders or airlines based on established shipment guidelines
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams on shipment instructions, order status, and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales & service, production, transport) to support order fulfilment
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents prior to release
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Support logistics operations for Singapore and assigned regional markets
  • Participate in regular team discussions to review issues and support continuous improvement
  • Assist with system‑related activities, including ERP preparation and data accuracy tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, or operations
  • Basic understanding of international shipment and logistics documentation
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and computerized systems (ERP exposure is an advantage)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow structured workflows
  • Willing to clarify uncertainties early and work collaboratively with the team
