• Provide pre-sales support to Sales Team.
• Handle customer order and delivery arrangement.
• Issue Delivery Order (D/O) and OE data entry.
• Provide after-sales support to customers.
• Ensure proper file management for customer Purchase Orders.
• Achieve yearly corporate and departmental goals.
• Ensure efficiency and sufficient manpower.
• Achieve yearly performance standards.
• Comply with Management Directive and Company policies.
