Responsible for positioning Oracle Session Delivery Portfolio with Enterprise and Service Providers in the JAPAC Region. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle SBC and related Oracle Communications solutions. Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Lead solution architecture design sessions, RFP/RFI responses, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).

Responsibilities

As part of the Oracle Pre‑Sales team, you will direct and manage pre‑sales resources throughout the sales cycle, provide technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and products, participate in account planning and strategy development, and may publish technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles.

Pre‑Sales Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of SBC pre‑sales engineers and solution architects.
  • Own the technical sales process from discovery through proposal, demo, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Technical Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle SBC and related Oracle Communications solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Lead solution architecture design sessions, RFP/RFI responses, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with enterprise, carrier, and government customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex needs into effective Oracle SBC‑based solutions.
  • Address technical objections and ensure customer satisfaction during pre‑sales cycles.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work cross‑functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure alignment.
