About the Role (Competitive Base Salary & Variable Incentive*)

Canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipelines and sell through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings and soliciting sales.

Strong in follow-up on sales, prospect and track leads, and submit reports and work plans.

Proficiently administer sales and legal documents.

Accurately conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations.

Conduct due diligence checks in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regulations.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches.

Administer showflat operations, upkeep, logistics and inventory.

Build positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents.

Uphold the company’s image and brand, including adhering to the prescribed business dress code.

Work on weekends and public holidays due to the nature of the industry and job.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

About You (Job Requirement)

Experience in direct property sales with proven track records is required.

6-15 years of direct property sales experience in landed properties are advantageous.

Sales experience with property developers is advantageous.

Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Marketing or a related field of study is advantageous.

Outgoing personality, customer service-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive and resourceful in property sales and independent and meticulous in sales administration.

Sound understanding of the property buying and selling process and good knowledge of statutory and real estate regulatory compliance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and savvy in digital & social media marketing.
