Business Nature: Architecture and BIM consultancy

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), 9.00am - 1:00 pm (Saturday)

Allowance: Monthly mobile and transport allowance provided

Responsibilities
  • Identify client requirements within the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong and long‑term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Stay updated on BIM technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital construction solutions.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.
