Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Denza luxury EV team. As the front-line representative of the brand, you will deliver an exceptional showroom experience, build strong client relationships, and guide customers through the entire car purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage potential customers in the showroom, delivering a premium and personalized retail experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Denza models, features, and packages
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations including in-car technology, performance, safety and EV-related benefits
- Arrange and manage test drives in compliance with company procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and after-sales support
- Support digital inquiries and convert leads from WhatsApp, social media, and the website into sales appointments
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Denza and competitors in the luxury EV segment
- Ensure showroom presentation and brand standards are always upheld
- Work closely with the Operations and Finance team on documentation, loan applications, and handover arrangements
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury automobile sales or premium / luxury fashion retail
- Strong communication skills with a polished, service-focused approach
- Proven ability to build rapport and convert leads into sales
- Passion for electric vehicles, automotive technology, and sustainability
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and self-motivation
- Valid Class 3 driving license preferred
