Your Mission

As a Sales Consultant, you’re not just making sales, you’re solving real problems for real families. You’ll guide them with empathy and professionalism, helping them find trusted caregivers who can bring peace and support into their daily lives. No cold calls. No door knocking. Just real leads, real conversations and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads (no cold calling!) and build strong rapport with prospective clients.
• Assess each family’s unique needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers or caregivers.
• Provide consistent, high‑touch customer service throughout the entire matching journey.
• Close deals effectively and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance client experience and internal processes.
• Act as an advocate for our helpers, managing expectations and setting up win‑win arrangements.

Who We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably high‑touch or consultative).
• Strong closer – knows how to read people, handle objections and guide decisions.
• Empathetic communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Independent, self‑motivated and thrives under pressure.
• CEI certification is a bonus (but we’ll support the right candidate to get it).

Work Hours & Schedule

5‑day work week.

Work 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun) and 4 weekdays.

Weekday hours: 11:00am – 7:30pm (1‑hour lunch break).

Weekend hours: 11:00am – 6:00pm (1‑hour lunch break).
