Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect and canvass for new business opportunities among homeowners, IDs, and contractors.
  • Convert showroom walk-ins and marketing-generated leads into long-term clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation, following up, or pipeline management to closing deals and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Showcase premium vinyl and engineered wood flooring solutions, using competitive pricing, compelling product comparisons, and robust marketing support to win accounts.
  • Oversee project delivery — coordinate site assessments, prepare accurate quotations, schedule installations, and manage after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records by keeping the customer database current, tracking receivables, and resolving warranty or rectification matters promptly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Strong and proven sales ability and initiative are essential - no flooring or ID experience needed.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and confident in approaching new prospects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Airtable for reporting and database management.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
