  • Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Education Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging prospective students, promoting our programmes, and supporting the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to walk-in and online enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email and social media)
  • Provide course counselling and guide students through application and enrolment
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records
  • Meet individual sales targets
  • Support school events, open houses, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Do weekly social media marketing and weekly sales report
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Strong initiative and results-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic digital tools
  • Willing to work during stated hours, including Saturdays
Remuneration:
  • Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 5,000 (commensurate with experience)
