Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on B2B sales, working with interior design firms across Singapore to help them scale their business through our lead generation, branding, and marketing services.
Responsibilities
Full details are provided in the employment contract, but key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads for interior design firms
- Conducting discovery calls and sales presentations
- Building relationships with ID firm owners and decision makers
- Managing sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborating with senior sales consultants during probation
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Representing our brand professionally
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Female Only
- Experience: Must have prior sales experience OR interior design industry experience
- Age Range: 20-30 years old
- Location: Based in Singapore
- Sales Type: B2B experience preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of interior design business landscape is a strong plus

Compensation & Probation Structure
Month 1: Learning Phase
- Focus: Shadow senior sales consultants, join appointments, learn our process
- Leads: None (observation only)
- Compensation: No base salary, no commission
Month 2: Transition Phase
- Focus: Begin handling own leads while continuing to tag along with senior consultants
- Leads: Yes, will receive leads to manage
- Compensation: Commission only (no base salary)
Month 3: Performance Evaluation
- Focus: Independent lead management with continued mentorship
- Target: Must achieve $20k in revenue across Months 2-3 combined
- Compensation:
- Commission on all sales
- If $20k revenue target is met: $2k monthly base salary starts from Month 3 onwards
- If $20k revenue target is NOT met: Position is terminated
Post-Probation (Month 4+)
- Base Salary: $2k/month (if probation passed)
- Commission: Ongoing commission structure
- Status: Official team member
TEST TASK
Candidates must complete the following test task to be considered for the role:
Sales Pitch Video (3-5 Minutes)
Objective: Assess natural sales ability, presentation skills, and confidence
Record a 3-5 minute video where you sell us anything you want. It can be:
