Job Description
- Maintain a sales-conscious attitude and always be on the lookout for new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall job proficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
- Establish and maintain regular contacts with both existing and potential customers, fostering and nurturing healthy customer relationships.
- Keep customers informed about new products, services, and any changes that may affect their shopping experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and actively participate in Leica Camera events to promote the brand.
- Continuously provide constructive feedback to the management team on various aspects to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
- Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be added advantages.
- Fluent in English.
- Good team player, nice personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
- Basic computer skills and netiquette.
