You will guide visitors through Leica’s heritage, craftsmanship, and premium experiences while helping shoppers find the perfect camera, lens, or accessory. With at least three years in luxury retail, you’ll drive performance, mentor teammates, and build lasting relationships with Leica enthusiasts, transforming visits into meaningful Leica moments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
• A sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with discerning customers.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic digital literacy and professional communication etiquette.

What You Bring
