Our suite of services includes company incorporation, work pass and immigration services, corporate secretarial support, accounting and tax, and AI-driven business solutions.

We are growing our B2B sales team to engage companies based across Asia and globally who are looking to set up in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound B2B sales to businesses in Singapore and Asia (e.g., China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia) and other regions such as the United States and Europe.
  • Identify, approach, and convert companies and entrepreneurs interested in expanding or relocating to Singapore.
  • Promote and sell E&H Consulting Group’s full suite of services:
    Immigration & Work Pass Applications
    Company Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial Services
    Accounting, Tax & Compliance Services
    AI Business Solutions & Automation
  • Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation and outreach to presentation, follow-up, and deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or outbound sales, preferably in professional services, immigration, or corporate consulting.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, determined, and self-motivated with a proven record of achieving targets.
  • Thick-skinned and persistent — not easily discouraged by rejection.
  • Strong understanding of business structures and client needs.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred (to liaise with clients from China and other Mandarin-speaking markets).
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s business and immigration landscape is advantageous.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
