We are a service-based company, looking for sales to do consultative sales through face to face appointments.
Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a consultative sales process. Your primary goal is to help clients make informed decisions and confidently proceed with our service package. You will handle inquiries, conduct consultations, address objections, and ensure a seamless customer experience while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting & Outreach
- Actively call leads from various sources to introduce them to our services.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining fit.
- Schedule consultations with interested leads and follow up consistently.
- Consultative Selling & Customer Engagement
- Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations to address client concerns.
- Educate clients on solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships through professional and ethical sales practices.
- Sales Process & Closing
- Guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
- Overcome objections related to fees, timing, and service value.
- Close deals efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Pipeline & Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Execute timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure all prospects receive a high standard of service and communication.
- Performance & Growth
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and client behaviour to refine sales approaches.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales, or B2C industry preferably in high-value service industries.
- Handle face to face customers
- Proven ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward confident decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with a diverse client base.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Persistent in follow-ups and closing deals through multiple touchpoints.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp for business communication, and structured sales tracking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Achieve and maintain a high closing rate on consultations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales package targets.
- Ensure a high follow-up success rate for non-closed leads.
- Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline.
- Maintain high consultation attendance rates.
- Deliver exceptional service that ensures strong customer trust and retention.
- Able to follow lead off office hours.
Working Hours
Mon to Fri 9am - 6.30pm

Sat half day WFH to do follow up
