A dynamic company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to assist with evening livestreams and customer engagement. This part-time role is suitable for students and requires availability from 5 pm to 1 am on weekdays and weekends. Candidates should possess at least 'N/O' Level qualifications, be adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation before the live stream starts.
• Manage backend admin duties during the evening livesteam.
• Sort online orders post-livestream.
• Build rapport and handle customer inquiries independently.
• Carry out admin work and other ad hoc duties.

Students looking for part-time jobs in the evening and on weekends are welcome too.

• Able to work from 5 pm - 1 am (Evening shift), Night Transport will be provided
  
• Able to commit to 3-5 days a week including Saturday & Sunday

If you can commit long-term as a part Timer in the evenings, will be an advantage.

This is an office working environment.

• Assist in preparation before the Live stream starts
• assist as a backed admin during Livestream in the evening
• Assist in sorting of online orders after Livestream
  
• using and building rapport with customers and handling their inquiries independently
  
• Handling admin work & other Adhoc dutiess

Required Qualifications

• Min 'N/O' Level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
• Experience in Business /Retail/ Social Media marketing would be an added advantage
  
• Proficient in Ms office especially in Excel & Word
• Detail - oriented & Meticulous and Customer - service oriented
• Adaptable and flexible responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commence immediately or on short notice
