Customer Service Executive (Order Management)

We are partnering with a leading organisation in the trading and distribution industry to hire a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting smooth order fulfilment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service support via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Manage customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution.

  • Handle end-to-end sales order management, including stock allocation and delivery arrangements.

  • Build and maintain close communication with customers through regular meetings and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.

  • Support problem-solving initiatives and provide value-added service to customers.

  • Extract and compile data for monthly reporting and analysis.

  • Recommend and promote new products to existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.

  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experienced in managing customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, simple formulas).

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.

  • Able to start work on short notice will be an added advantage.
