Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in quotation preparation, client communication, and project follow-through. This role requires strong coordination skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales‑related tasks professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, tender documents and sales‑related paperwork
  • Coordinate with clients on inquiries, project scheduling, and delivery arrangements
  • Track sales leads, follow‑ups, and maintain updated sales records & CRM system
  • Work closely with the operations team for job scheduling & reporting timelines
  • Assist with invoice preparation, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation
  • Handle client calls/emails professionally and provide timely updates
  • Support marketing activities, sales reporting, and customer service tasks
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, presentations, and company profiles

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales or related field preferred (fresh entry level may apply)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Initiative‑driven, customer‑oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Experience in sales coordination or quotation support will be an advantage
