Job summary

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, preferably 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Role Overview
  • Engage with new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) daily via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Enhance client experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for applicable products within your scope and knowledge area.
  • Develop expertise in our clients’ advertising solutions, identify industry trends, and proactively address challenges.
  • Share valuable product insights, feedback, and revenue trends based on your experience and feedback from advertisers.
  • Champion success stories by highlighting advertisers’ growth achievements through our products, utilizing various tools to effectively communicate and drive their business success.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a diploma (Advanced/Higher/Graduate), Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Business development, sales account management, or consultative selling experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can meet deadlines, enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, and is comfortable with computers and multiple systems.
  • Proficient in English and the language of the supporting market.
