Sales & Business Development Executive (Asia Market)

Requirements:

Perform sales functions as follows:

  • Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirement from industries such as Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry, Aviation, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and others.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company, following up closely with potential customers to obtain feedback on quotation status, competitor responses, decision-maker intent, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate with customers about metal pricing and transfer requirements.
  • Monitor precious metal price updates and customer job status, working closely with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Work with Customer Service to maintain the Customer Database, including inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone, facsimile numbers, e-mail address, etc.
  • Assist the Senior Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and responding to changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials used, and business strategy.
  • Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering, and substitutes.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing the Asia market with strong regional business awareness.
  • Proven track record in key account management and client relationship development.
  • Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
