The role requires 3-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with a proven track record of exceeding targets. HVAC Aftermarket experience is preferred. Role Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across APAC
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue & Margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new solutions, improve customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools, including Leveraging Sales tools to win
  • Price to win by gathering Market Pricing insights across channels and regions to develop price/product solutions

As a minimum you must have

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
