  • Foster long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow-up.
  • Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times.
The Talent:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales setting.
  • Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, horology, and fine jewelry.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling, and a strong aesthetic sense.
