Job summary

A leading retailer of luxury timepieces is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team at Changi Airport. The role requires excellent sales skills, effective client relationship management, and adherence to retail operating procedures. You should be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Attractive compensation package includes a basic salary of up to $2,600 plus various allowances and incentives.

Sales Associate (Luxury Watch) / Up to $2,600

Basic Salary up to $2,600 with yearly increment based on performance.

$300 - $400 monthly allowance + monthly commission + monthly incentive + variable bonus + AWS

5 days work week including weekends and public holidays

Working timings (6am – 3.30pm) & (3.30pm – 1am) depending on roster.

Company transport provided

Job Description:

This is a permanent role for a Sales Associate located in Changi Airport. Our client leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces.

Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations

Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service

Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients

Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance

Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports

Processing of credit card & cash payments

Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system

Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures

Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
