Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients, delivering an elevated luxury experience at every touchpoint
• Share expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to inspire client purchases
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through strong client engagement and upselling
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships via clienteling and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day boutique operations, including stock management and VM

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or luxury hospitality experience (luxury fashion/jewelry/watch background a plus)
• Strong passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence
• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presentation
