Job description

Role Overview

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest receives a world-class luxury experience. You will support the store team in daily operations, assist clients with personalized service, and help maintain the boutique’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise.
• Support sales by promoting merchandise and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, and overall boutique ambiance.
• Process sales transactions accurately and assist with payment and invoicing.
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and merchandise replenishment.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and minor issues promptly and courteously.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless client experience.

Skills & Qualifications
