The Opportunity:

As a Sales Associate within our Immigration Advisory team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking expert guidance in Singapore citizenship applications. You will represent our firm with professionalism, providing informed consultation, tailored recommendations, and a high-touch client experience that reflects our brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and qualify potential clients through various channels, including inbound inquiries, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand clients’ backgrounds, motivations, and eligibility to recommend suitable immigration pathways.
  • Present our suite of advisory services with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
  • Maintain strong relationships and provide consistent follow-up to ensure a smooth client journey from consultation to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with immigration specialists and case managers to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and client engagement targets with integrity and professionalism.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including seminars, client events, and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles (experience in immigration, financial planning, or professional services preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a polished and confident demeanor.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve life goals.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a professional setting.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or a second language will be an advantage to liaise with regional clients.
  • Singapore Citizens preferred.
