Job description
Your Role

You would be presenting Oakley wide ranges of products to customers and will get to experience the end to end journey in our stores including opening, closing, merchandising and selling. While you close each sales, meeting the customer needs and ensuring a great experience remains a top priority.

Main responsibilities:
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily sales goals.
  • Creating Engaging Experiences: Deliver a fun, straightforward, and stylish fashion experience for every guest, adhering to the Brand Rules.
  • Driving Brand Awareness: Actively attract new customers daily, expanding our brand reach.
  • Fostering Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with the customers.
  • Upholding Brand Image: Model Oakley Style Dress Code, embodying our brand's aesthetic.
  • Delivering Tailored Experiences: Ensure an outstanding customer experience by advising, styling eyewear and apparel.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operating policies and procedures, including thorough training, timely execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns, accurate sales transactions, and effective use of sales strategies and resources.
  • Ensuring Transactional Accuracy: Accuracy and precision in all guest transactions and interactions.
