Overview

We are hiring Sales Associates for a temporary 3-month pop-up store in JEWEL. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Students are welcome to apply for part time.

Job Details:

• Location: Jewel Changi
• Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
• Shift Hours: Between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Full-Time Position
• Salary: $2500 – $3,000 per month + Commission
• Schedule: 5-6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
• Daily Hours: 8-9 hour shifts
• Part-Time Position
• Pay: $12.09 – $14 per hour + Commission
• Schedule: At least 20 per week
• Daily Hours: 6-9 hour shifts

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their jewelry purchases.
• Learn and share knowledge about our products and brand.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Handle sales transactions and payments accurately.
• Help with daily sales reports.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Polite, patient, and has a good manner.
• Has 3+ year experience in retail sales (jewelry or fashion is a plus).
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion.
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (for full-time role).
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Able to speak Chinese (an advantage for serving Chinese-speaking clients).
