Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers inselecting and purchasing pre‑owned luxurywatches, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally.
  • Understand and address customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on luxury watch brands, models, and features.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their budget and lifestyle.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Sales
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to over all business growth.
  • Utilise effective sales techniques to close deals.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell additional products or services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
• Product Knowledge
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and developments in the luxury watchmarket.
  • Acquire in‑depth knowledge of luxurywatch brands, models, and their history.
  • Understand the value and condition of pre‑owned watches.
• Inventory Management
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory records.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury watches and a strong interest in the watch industry.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury goods sales is preferred but not
• required.
• We may need to converse with international Chinese tourists.
• Knowledge of Mandarin would be useful.
