SYNC MORTGAGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an enthusiastic sales professional to develop and execute strategic plans to gain new clients and deepen existing relationships. The role emphasizes tailoring solutions to client needs and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualifications as listed; no work experience required.
• CMFAS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Analyses sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
• Contribute to the development of sales policies, procedures and training programmes to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum A Level / Local Full Time Polytechnic Diploma/ Private Diploma with more than 2 years duration / Bachelor/ Master's Degree
• CMFAS Certified preferred.
• Excellent Communication, presentation and good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, committed and determination to succeed.
• No work experience required.
• ONLY Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply.
