Job description

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends to support management decisions.

Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Attend client meetings, negotiations, and presentations when necessary.

Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
