A growing IT company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive organizational sales and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or related fields, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, training and developing the sales team, and coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Ideal candidates should be highly organized and capable of building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions
  • Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Relationship building with new and existing customers.
  • Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.
Qualifications
  • Engineering / any Degree with relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
