Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all operations, including profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
  • Create store action plans to drive KPIs (e.g., quality audits, sales targets).
  • Stock control (orders, inventory, consumption, etc.).
  • Ensure that quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Recommend effective solutions to increase company sales and operations performance.
  • Supply Chain department — liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and manage problems with deliveries.
  • HR department — handle all staff-related matters and ensure processes align with HR policy; cooperate in interviews and demand staff calculations.
  • Conduct annual performance/appraisals and review pay packages for all staff.
  • Training department — develop SOPs, evaluate training, train staff of the stores, and develop training materials for in-house courses.
  • Liaise with finance team and logistics department promptly.
  • Review business performance reports on a monthly basis and provide recommendations to address operational issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Remain responsive and available during the operation times of the stores.
  • Maintain close contact with suppliers to source competitive raw materials for the business.
Qualifications
  • Ability to transmit ideas and vision, verbally and in writing.
  • Project management and operations skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment.
  • Written and verbal communication in English (mainly).
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to prepare reports, especially in Excel.
  • Valuable experience in quality control systems; ISO or similar is preferred.
