The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, maintain product quality, and ensure high hygiene standards. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing product displays, and minimising wastage. Candidates must be team players, able to lift heavy goods, and ready to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

In 1905, it opened its first retail space on Orchard Road, offering imported frozen meats, poultry, and dairy products. Today, it serves customers across Singapore through its network of stores under the Cold Storage, CS Fresh, CS Gold, and Jason’s Deli banners, offering a curated selection of fresh produce, meat and seafood, daily essentials, gourmet, and international products.

The Role
  • Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service.
  • Maintain high standard of hygiene of front and back of the house.
  • Check quality and maintain freshness of products.
  • Assist customers in preparation and selection of products.
  • Ensure good display of products.
  • Minimise product wastage.
  • Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maximise sales and profitability of the department.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
