• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements under supervision.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new client leads.
• Coordinate with the processing team to track application progress and provide updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing basic client concerns promptly.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) — all fields welcome!
• Experience in sales, customer service, or administration is a plus (immigration/education industry experience is an advantage).
