What you'll be doing
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to help customers find the perfect items
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure a well‑organised, clean, and inviting retail environment
  • Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as required

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns
