What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver warm and attentive customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in-store

  • Maintain a neat, organised, and visually appealing retail environment

  • Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are well maintained

  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and cashless payments

  • Recommend products and provide helpful information to meet customers’ needs

  • Support daily store operations and assist with other duties when required

What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially within the Retail & Consumer Products sector

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail

  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude

  • Basic numeracy skills with confidence in handling payments

  • Interest in the retail industry and willingness to learn and grow
