Deliver warm and attentive customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in-store

Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are well maintained
Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and cashless payments
Recommend products and provide helpful information to meet customers’ needs
Support daily store operations and assist with other duties when required
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially within the Retail & Consumer Products sector
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Basic numeracy skills with confidence in handling payments
